In accordance with Federal Regulation we are required to provide our consumer loan customers with the following notice regarding our policy for posting consumer credit payments.

Conforming Payment Notice for Consumer Loans

In order for your payment to be considered conforming, payments must be made in US currency, and must be accompanied with the account number or payment coupon provided. Payments made via U.S. mail must be addressed to First Minnetonka City Bank at 14550 Excelsior Blvd, Minnetonka MN 55345 and will be posted on the same full service business day they are received. Payments delivered to the bank on Saturdays will be posted on the following full service business day.

Conforming payments can be transferred from your deposit account by calling our Customer Service at 952-935-8661 or 1-888-935-8191, by using the bank's Telebank service at 952-932-9690, or on our website www.fmcbank.com through On-line Banking. Loan payments may also be made in person at either of our branch locations. You may also arrange with the bank to have your payments automatically transferred on the specified due dates. Payments made through ATM, night drop and payments received by wire are considered nonconforming.

Our full service business day is from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Central Time Monday through Friday, except for designated bank holidays. All conforming loan payments received during these hours, including those made through Telebank and On-Line Banking will be posted and credited to your account on the same business day. Conforming payments received after 5:00 PM on a weekday, or any time on a Saturdays or designated bank holiday will be posted on the following business day or as otherwise permitted by law.

Nonconforming payments may take longer to process.
